Director of Nursing (DON) – 6-Week Contract
Location: Helena, MT
Schedule: Rotating Schedule (Days/Weekends as Needed)
Duration: 6 Weeks

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for a 6-week contract assignment in Helena, Montana. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nursing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional resident care while supporting clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight of the nursing department.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff.
  • Coordinate resident care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcomes.
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and survey readiness.

Requirements:
