RN Home Health Clinical Director
Direct care coordinator and supervision of all clinical functions.

Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations as they apply to the provision of home health visits to clients.

Assure compliance with agency policy and procedures. Monitor job performance and completion of evaluations and counseling of clinical staff.
Job Summary:

  • The Clinical Director is a registered nurse who ensures quality of patient care in the home.
  • Plan, develop, and drive strategies for the nursing division, as well as establish standards for measuring quality care and organizational performance.
  • Oversee patient care services and ensure that patients care is delivered in a timely manner, with a heavy focus on quality.
  • Monitors QAPI Program and assures appropriate corrective measure are performed.
  • Monitors systems and identifies problem areas to Administrator both verbally and through written reports.
  • Promotes and educates regarding the concept of infection control and universal precaution in coordinating/performing patient care activities and transmission of disease.
  • Hire, manage, and retain qualified employees. Mentor staff and provide performance evaluations. Coaching, training and development.


Requirements

  • 2+ years' management experience in Home Health.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Demonstrate organizational and leadership skills.
  • Possess a current, unencumbered license to practice nursing/BSN preferred but not required.
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Experience with OASIS and QAPI
  • Strong Medicare Background (Adult)
  • Strong Leadership Skills & Solutions Oriented, Adaptive, Change Agent
  • Team Builder: Passion for teaching, supporting and guiding staff
