Responsibilities

This position is responsible for planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care, developing nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary and communicating changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. 


Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of a NLN/AACN accredited program in Nursing. 
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with New Jersey Board of Nursing. 
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. 
  • Prior charge/previous leadership experience.  
  • Prior acute care experience in a hospital setting. 

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
