Job description

About the Role:


Responsible for the proper management of the supply chain, including planning, raw materials procurement, inventory control, material flow, production support, receiving, shipping, customer and supplier coordination to ensure materials are available on time, inventory accuracy is maintained, and customer delivery requirements are supported effectively.


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Responsible for the effective and efficient Inventory Control process/system to be utilized throughout each Division.
  • Responsible for optimal customer service and order management.
  • Responsible for overseeing plant manufacturing capacity against customer demand.
  • Interface on an ongoing basis with Purchasing, Sales and Manufacturing.
  • Manage the scheduling process.
  • Responsible for customer returnable packaging requirements.
  • Manage the ordering of materials necessary for manufacturing needs.
  • Overall responsibility for Receiving and Shipping functions.
  • Responsible for space management and increasing space efficiencies.
  • Manage and maintain Cycle Count Process.
  • Manage quarter-end and year-end physical inventories.
  • Develop Min-Max levels on finished, raw materials and components.
  • Analyze inventory processes and increase accuracy to become 98.9%.
  • Completely and accurately pull orders for shipment.
  • Support direct labor analysis for operations.
  • Support Purchasing on PPV analysis.

  • B.S. Degree in related field;
  • Five years related experience in similar position.
  • Master’s degree / MBA desired.
  • Lean manufacturing training and experience.
  • Supply Chain Operations Reference training.
  • MRP, MPS management.


Computer Skills:


  • Advanced computer Skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Able to utilize MRT and TMM systems.
