How You Will Contribute

Join a growing team of respected fire protection professionals where your expertise, initiative, and customer-focused approach will make a direct impact. In this role, you will drive business growth by developing new customer relationships, identifying service opportunities, and expanding our portfolio of inspection, service, and small project work.

Success in this position requires a balance of business development and account management. You will grow and strengthen customer relationships through responsive service, identify opportunities to provide additional value, and serve as a trusted advisor in helping customers maintain compliant, reliable fire protection systems. Working closely with internal teams, you will help deliver exceptional customer experience and support long-term partnerships.

What You Need to Qualify

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional with three or more years of experience in the fire sprinkler industry. Experience in sales, project management, design, estimating, service operations, or field installation is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems, the ability to identify customer needs and recommend effective solutions, and a proven track record of developing new business while growing existing customer relationships. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.
