This role is responsible for overseeing marketing operations, project management workflow optimization and cross-functional coordination across the department, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate is both strategic and solutions-oriented-able to anticipate needs, balance competing priorities, and keep projects aligned with organizational goals. This role requires an excellent communicator who can bring people together, resolve challenges quickly, and create clarity in a fast-paced environment.**Key Responsibilities*** **Marketing Operations and Workflow Project Management:** Own and optimize the marketing intake, prioritization, and project management processes, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.* **Resource & Capacity Planning:** Manage team workload, allocate resources based on priorities and capacity, and provide visibility into upcoming demand to maximize efficiency and team performance\*\*.\*\** **Marketing Performance Measurement & Reporting:** Develop and maintain operational dashboards and performance reporting, tracking key marketing metrics such as campaign delivery, email engagement, social performance, web traffic, project throughput, SLA adherence, and resource utilization to provide actionable insights for leadership.* **Communication & Collaboration:** Act as the central liaison between marketing and other departments including Events, Membership, TeamUSA, USATri and Technology as well as creative, production, and client-facing teams.
