We are seeking a commercially driven Acquisition & Paid Growth Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns aimed at driving paid attendee acquisition and revenue for Gartner conferences. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, paid growth strategies, and content development, with a strong focus on leveraging multi-channel campaigns to attract and convert a senior-level business audience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted acquisition and paid growth marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, web, SEM, social, retargeting) to maximize registrations and qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with conference web, content, brand, and sales teams to craft compelling value propositions and tailored journeys to B2B buyers.
  • Utilize segmentation, competitive analysis, and market opportunity assessments to inform campaign strategy and positioning.
  • Leverage analytics tools and survey data to optimize channel mix and campaign ROI, continually reviewing performance metrics and iterating strategies for improved results.
  • Lead the creation and optimization of content for paid and owned channels, ensuring messaging resonates with senior business decision-makers.
  • Support sales enablement by developing easy-to-use prospect materials and maintaining a central repository for sales support tools.
  • Monitor demand conversion and campaign performance, identify challenges and solutions, and report results to stakeholders areas for optimization and opportunities.
  • Stay current on digital marketing innovations, SEO/SEM trends, and competitive landscape to drive best-in-class campaign execution.

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B/B2C acquisition, paid growth, and digital marketing, with direct responsibility for revenue generation.
  • Proven expertise in multi-channel marketing campaign creation, lead management, and pipeline conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms a plus.
  • Exceptional project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to write compelling copy and develop creative content for a senior-level business audience.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, web content creation, and content management systems.
  • Collaborative, data-driven, and innovative mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally to drive results.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 86,000 USD - 118,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
