Job Description

The Regional Digital Marketing Manager leads digital commercial performance across a portfolio of four hotels: Mauna Lani, Stanly Ranch, Solage, and The Inn at Mattei's Tavern, in partnership with property Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, and Auberge Home Office Digital and Analytics teams. The role is responsible for implementing integrated digital strategies, overseeing paid media performance, and optimizing web conversion to drive demand, maximize marketing investment, and grow direct revenue.
The role is highly cross-functional, balancing strategic planning with digital campaign oversight, performance analytics, and commercial execution. In addition to strong analytical marketing expertise, the ideal candidate brings a luxury hospitality mindset and a strong understanding of brand storytelling, ensuring digital campaigns and commercial activations are both performance-driven and brand-elevating. A background working in a digital agency in media or analytics is preferable but not required.

Commercial & Digital Strategy
Partner with hotel Marketing, Revenue Management, and Sales teams to develop
integrated digital plans aligned with revenue goals, seasonal demand, and market
opportunities.
Translate hotel/market priorities into actionable digital campaigns and channel strategies
across paid media, web, and booking platforms.
Serve as the Regional digital marketing lead, monitoring market trends, competitive
activity, booking pace, and consumer demand to proactively adjust strategy and
investment.
Drive revenue growth and marketing efficiency by aligning digital investment, channel
strategy, and conversion performance with hotel commercial objectives and market
demand opportunities.
Partner closely with the Central Digital team to ensure alignment on strategy, reporting,
tools, and performance across the portfolio

Performance Marketing & Analytics
Monitor campaign pacing, conversion performance, attribution, and ROI, providing
data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
Understand the role of the web channel within the broader commercial ecosystem and
communicate digital performance drivers and conversion trends to ownership and hotel
leadership teams.
Deliver recurring performance insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to
property teams, regional leadership, and ownership groups.
Own month-end reporting, budget, forecasting, billing reconciliation, and allocation
recommendations across the regional hotel portfolio.
Partner with the Central Digital team to leverage analytics platforms and audience
insights to inform campaign strategy and conversion optimization.
Identify and implement data-driven opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness,
conversion, and guest acquisition across the regional portfolio.

Digital Activation & Platform Oversight
Lead digital activation across paid media, booking engine offers, onsite messaging tools,
and website platforms.
Partner with agency and activation teams to execute, optimize, and report on paid media
campaigns across Search, Meta, display, metasearch, and travel platforms.
Maintain accurate, optimized, and brand-aligned digital experiences across brand
websites, booking platforms, OTAs, local listings, Google Business, Tripadvisor, and
related third-party channels.
Oversee website functionality, booking flows, software integrations, and GEO/SEO
optimization to support conversion performance and user experience.
Manage key digital marketing platforms and tools including GA4, Revinate, booking
engine platforms, Triptease, third-party OTAs, and related digital systems across the
portfolio.
Ensure digital activations and online experiences align with brand standards, commercial
priorities, and guest experience expectations.
Understand and support ADA, GDPR, and CCPA compliance across digital platforms.

Starting Salary Range - $130,000-$140,000/annually

Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years experience in digital, performance, or commercial marketing roles, preferably within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or travel brands
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy, digital analytics, digital conversion, and revenue-driven marketing planning
  • Experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns and digital marketing budgets with a strong analytical and performance-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to interpret market trends, booking behavior, and performance data to inform strategy and optimization decisions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales, Analytics, and agency partners
  • Familiarity with hospitality digital marketing ecosystems including GA4, Revinate, booking engines, third-party OTA platforms, Triptease, and digital reporting tools
  • Strong capabilities and previous hands-on experience with Google analytics, the google suite and excel, attribution and tracking
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple hotels, priorities, and timelines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate performance insights, strategy, and recommendations to property teams, regional leadership, and hotel ownership groups
  • Understanding of luxury hospitality branding and guest experience, with the ability to balance performance marketing objectives with elevated brand storytelling
  • Self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
