As Director of Marketing Analytics, you'll lead a team that transforms data into insights and drives decisions and strategy across our marketing channels. You'll own measurement and analytics for paid media, digital, partners, and field campaignsโ€”including attribution modeling, ROI optimization, and emerging AI capabilities.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts; establish best practices and build team capability
  • Own attribution modeling and full-funnel measurement across all marketing channels
  • Take the insights and translate data into actionable insights for marketing leaders across the business.
  • Drive paid and organic digital acquisition strategy through CAC, ROAS, and LTV analysis
  • Build and maintain self-service dashboards in Tableau for demand gen, digital, field, events, and field marketing teams
  • Implement AI/ML capabilities for predictive modeling and automated insights
  • Support marketing experiments with rigorous testing and statistical validation
  • Create forecasts and scenario models to inform annual budget planning
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Leadership, and Data teams on strategy and QBRs
  • Partner with Marketing Data Operations team to maintain data quality across martech systems
  • Stay current with analytics tools and methods to drive competitive advantage
What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • 12+ years in Marketing, Analytics, Operations, or BI in B2B SaaS
  • 5+ years managing and developing analytics teams; strong leadership skills
  • 5+ years in digital/paid media analytics: channel optimization, attribution, budget allocation (SEM, display, social, video)
  • Track record of using data to drive business strategy and budget decisions
  • Experience across enterprise sales, product-led growth, and partner marketing models

Skills:

  • Deep expertise in marketing attribution modeling and multi-touch measurement
  • Data storytelling: communicate complex insights to executives and influence decisions
  • Strong grasp of martech infrastructure: database management, data hygiene, API integrations (ad platforms, CRM, analytics tools, data warehouse)
  • Expert-level Tableau, Salesforce, Snowflake, Excel
  • Statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design

Bonus:

  • AI/ML experience: predictive modeling, propensity scoring, marketing mix modeling
  • Google Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics expertise

The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between:

$240,000 โ€” $330,000 USD

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
