About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Data Analytics to take the helm of a high-performing team of data analytics professionals. This critical leadership role will be centered on driving deep insights into key company revenue metrics (including ARR, Net ARR, and ACV) and leading major business intelligence initiatives. The Director will function as a vital strategic partner, bridging the data needs of the Sales and Finance organizations to ensure decision-making across the entire company is consistently data-informed and aligned with growth objectives.
What You'll Do:
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data analytic professionals, championing a culture of continuous improvement, data rigor, and analytical excellence.
  • Revenue & Metric Ownership: Directly drive the development and delivery of robust analytical solutions and reporting for core company revenue metrics, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Net ARR, and Annual Contract Value (ACV).
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary analytical liaison and strategic partner to executive and functional leaders within the Sales and Finance teams, ensuring all reporting and analytical frameworks meet strategic business needs.
  • Data Modeling & Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, efficient data models that accurately translate complex business requirements and processes into reliable data structures for reporting and analysis.
  • Data Warehousing Oversight: Oversee and guide the strategy, development, and maintenance of enterprise data warehousing initiatives, ensuring they are optimized for performance and future scalability.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Establish and enforce stringent standards for data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all business intelligence platforms and reports, acting as a steward for enterprise data quality.
  • Project Leadership: Lead complex, cross-functional strategic projects focused on advancing revenue analytics capabilities and modernizing the overall business intelligence infrastructure.

What You'll Need:
  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 4 years spent in a dedicated leadership or director-level role managing a global professional analytics teams in fast growing companies.
  • Technology Integration: Demonstrated experience and ability to lead the assessment, integration, and deployment of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to enhance analytics workflows, improve data preparation, and drive innovative analytical solutions.
  • Technical Domain Expertise: Strong, in-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and standard/custom objects, with proven ability to extract and utilize Salesforce data for revenue analysis.
  • Data Skill Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries. Deep, practical experience in data modeling methodologies (e.g., Kimball, Inmon) and implementing production-level data models within a data warehouse environment.

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $170,000 - $260,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
