You will play a lead role in identifying and creating new integrated product solutions focused on leveraging APIs, ecosystems of data, Artificial Intelligence, and machine learning capabilities, with an emphasis on serving Enterprise customers. You will work with key stakeholders across cross functional teams and partner with Enterprise customers to strategically prioritize product offerings that add significant value, ease customer pain points, and drive innovation and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create a roadmap and strategy for a global range of APIs, data and AI products, including integrated product solutions, machine learning models, and intelligent data services.
  • Create financial analysis and business cases to justify business investments and develop 3-5 year vision.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to work cross functionally within the organization as well as serve as a technical stakeholder for assessing prospect and customer opportunities and needs
  • Lead competitive & market analysis to benchmark product opportunities.
  • Define product requirements & backlog based on agile best practices.
  • Partner with product, UX and technology teams to align on direction & create best in class user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create cohesive and aligned roadmaps and customer experiences.
  • Partner with product, support, marketing, sales, and operations to lead the launch and release planning. Lead documentation & Sales and Support training.
  • Gather customer/user feedback, run advisory sessions and measure/ manage NPS post launch.
  • Continually provide vision and direction to your team and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.

You'll need to have:
  • Six or more years In Product Management or related field.
  • Three or more years working directly with the customer on customer facing products.
  • Five or more years of working closely with Engineering and UX/ Design teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of experience.
  • Experience working on SaaS and Mobile products.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • MBA.
  • Experience building and managing production-level AI/Machine Learning products or services.
  • Experience defining, launching, and managing external-facing APIs, data ecosystems, and integrated product solutions for Enterprise customers.
  • Experience with analytics, reporting and BI systems integration
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Experience with design thinking approaches

Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $133,000.00 - $255,000.00.
The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $146,000.00 - $255,000.00.
