Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and design tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions through virtual platforms, providing empathetic support and effective intervention strategies.
  • Support clients in addressing a variety of challenges, including PTSD, behavioral health issues, and emotional disturbances, utilizing personalized techniques to foster growth and healing.
  • Maintain clear, thorough, and professional documentation of client interactions and therapy progress in compliance with organizational standards and HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to monitor client progress, discuss treatment approaches, and share best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus
