Job description

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Financial Technology Lead to serve as a strategic partner to our Finance organization by driving technology adoption, AI innovation, and Treasury forecasting. This role combines financial expertise with emerging technologies to improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

Reporting to the Vice President of Treasury, you'll collaborate with Finance, IT, Learning & Development, and enterprise leaders to identify opportunities for automation, enhance financial reporting, and champion technology solutions that create measurable business value.

Work Environment: Hybrid role with an expectation of working from the Corporate Office 1-2 days per week.

Minimum Qualifications
