What You’ll Do
  • Lead all laboratory operations across two locations with 24/7 oversight
  • Ensure regulatory excellence (CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission)
  • Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and patient safety

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
  • MLS(ASCP) or equivalent (or willingness to obtain within agreed timeframe)
  • Meets CLIA requirements for General Supervisor and Technical Consultant
  • 4+ years of high-complexity testing experience
  • 6+ years of lab leadership (supervisory or management)
  • Experience in a lab training or teaching environment
