Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is critical in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our high-complexity clinical laboratory. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of laboratory practices and regulations. Job Responsibilities

The Clinical Laboratory Supervisor will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of laboratory personnel to ensure high-quality testing and timely results.

  • Ensuring all laboratory procedures comply with regulatory standards and safety guidelines.

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining laboratory policies and procedures.

  • Managing laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.

  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing ongoing training and development for laboratory staff.

  • Collaborating with other departments to support patient care and laboratory services.

  • Analyzing laboratory data and metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records for all laboratory activities.

Job Requirements:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related field

Minimum of 2 years direct experience in CLIA high complexity laboratory testing.

On site full-time and located within commutable distance to the lab

Preferred

Experience in laboratory supervision, staff management, and compliance monitoring

Proficiency in molecular lab testing, quality control, and improvement efforts

Knowledge of maintaining lab equipment and managing lab supplies


Compensation details: 75000-100000 Yearly Salary
