We're looking for licensed, goal-driven life insurance agents who are passionate about helping Americans protect what matters most. In this full-time W2 role, you’ll handle inbound consumer inquiries and provide expert guidance on life insurance products tailored to their needs.

What you will do:

  • Manage incoming sale call opportunities

-30 Minute Pre-shift Meeting

  • Cameras are required to be on at all times
  • Personal work area must be free from distractions

-Over 75% Talk Time Hours

-AVG 10 Live Transfers Daily

-Follow Sales systems to close sales

-Utilize I-APP program to properly quote customers

  • Input all client Information Appropriately
  • Play all Questions
  • Play all disclosures

-Document all answers appropriately following all life insurance guidelines and regulations

-Present appropriate life insurance products and services with clarity and compliance

-Participate in ongoing coaching & individual development sessions

-Participate in group coaching and development sessions

-Ensure adherence to company policies, state regulations, and ethical standards

-Must be available to work all shifts in full

-Must be responsive in company communication including emails and Slack Direct Messaging

-Must be receptive to phone feeding and sales assistance

-Meet All Sales Floor Minimum Requirements

Requirements:

  • Computer (4k bench on the CPU 8gb ram, windows 10-11, 20 download and 20 upload)
