Shift & Pay
  • 3rd shift: 9:00 pm โ€“ 5:00 am
  • Lead hours vary to support Sunday night start-up
  • $2.00/hour premium for third shift
  • Weekly paychecks
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Direct daily production activities on third shift
  • Build team schedules to meet demand and maintain coverage
  • Train new hires; support ongoing skill development and cross-training
  • Coach for efficiency, first-pass yield, and scrap reduction
  • Provide timely performance feedback
  • Assist with mold setups and changeovers
  • Troubleshoot processes to minimize downtime
  • Uphold safety, quality, and company standards
