About Us

Hans-Mill Corp. is a growing manufacturing company specializing in plastic injection molding and e-commerce distribution. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee shipping, receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment operations.


Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and e-commerce order fulfillment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory, fulfillment)
  • Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
  • Oversee e-commerce fulfillment (pick, pack, ship and return processing) and meet order deadlines
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
  • Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to align inventory needs
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse best practices


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory
  • Familiarity with e-commerce order fulfillment
  • Experience with Walmart Retail Link and other grocery distributor systems is highly preferred
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on role (not office-only)
  • Forklift experience preferred
