This is a fixed hybrid role on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at HQ in Maple Plain MN.
The Technical Product Manager (TPM) - IT Infrastructure & Operations is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering technology solutions that support the company's core infrastructure and operational platforms. This role partners closely with IT, Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across infrastructure services.
The TPM owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, from intake and discovery through delivery and continuous improvement, while balancing technical requirements, business needs, and user experience. This role requires strong technical acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
  • Define and drive execution of infrastructure and IT operations programs aligned with business priorities
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps and delivery plans across IT domains
  • Translate business goals into technical requirements, milestones, and deliverables
  • Lead end-to-end program execution including planning, scheduling, and risk management
  • Coordinate across teams including Identity (Active Directory), Email, Collaboration, Endpoints, and Back-office systems
  • Drive initiatives such as migrations, upgrades, endpoint refresh, and identity modernization
  • Ensure operational readiness and change coordination within ITIL frameworks
  • Track program health, milestones, risks, and KPIs
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning
  • Communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives

What It Takes
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years managing complex technical programs
  • Experience working with Waterfall, Kanban, and Azure DevOps methodologies
  • Experience in IT infrastructure or operations environments
  • Demonstrated ownership of a product, feature set or domain from discovery through launch and adoption
  • Experience working day-to-day with software engineers and designers in an agile environment, with a predictable shipping cadence

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong program management and execution skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
  • Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure domains
  • Experience in IT operations environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
