Overview

The designer will need experience with AI tools, able to produce work that is fully or integrated with AI.The designer is responsible for creating visual designs for various mediums such as print, digital, social media and broadcast.They create designs that effectively communicate the message and goals of the campaign while integrating with AI tools whereapplicaple. This may include creating layouts, typography, illustrations, and infographics. Additionally, they may create andmaintain design guidelines, to ensure that designs are technically and visually accurate, as well as ensuring that the designs aredelivered on time.The Designers collaborates with other members of the AI team such as copywriters and art director, and motion designers.

Responsibilities

The Designer is responsible for the conceptualising and designing of content across a variety of asset types.This role will partner closely with the team to deliver high-quality agile content that is AI driven. This role willallow for ample autonomy to shape the various types of content that is served up to our multiple audiences.This Designer will be responsible for the development of all agile content and ensure timely and qualitydelivery of said content. Working under supervision and within brand guidelines, and timelines Designing and producing online content, including social media, display banners and art direct still/videoshoots. Collaborating with other super talented team members Strong capabilities and interest is audio-visual content that is visually captaving and keeps up with trends good knowledge in various AI tools

Qualifications

0-2 years experience as a Designer Ability to design overall creative test assets incl. aesthetics, typography, color, brand, iconography, imagery, layout and conceptsophistication (Owner of the brand's VBL - Visual Brand Language/Design Guidelines) Good knowledge of AI tools that can help specifically with designs, and overall knowledge of wider tools that is related tooverall content generation Work across asset types (static, video, animation); review existing content and identify how to pivot into "testable" assets Comfortable challenging the team and asking the right questions to push work forward Strong conceptual, composition, photo art direction and ideation skills - digitally native, understand what works in key digitalplatforms, yet able to think about the overall design and voice to break through anywhere Well-versed in best practices for various digital social media deliverables - video and display Detail-oriented - very diligent about keeping track of and properly naming files and versions based on the quick turn changescoming out of the daily check ins Digital portfolio that showcases a variety professional design projects. The ideal candidate will have digital, social, web, andmotion in addition to familiarity and Hands-on experience with creative graphic production design software and image editing software (e.g., InDesign, Photoshopand Adobe Illustrator, After Effects)
