\r\n\r\nMake a Difference!\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nNow offering Recruitment and Referral Incentives at theDepartment of State (DOS)!\r\n\r\n\r\n$10,000.00 Recruitment Incentive for:\r\nRegistered Nurses\r\nAdvanced Practice Nurses\r\nNurse Consultants\r\nNursing Supervisors\r\nCompliance Nurses\r\n\r\n\r\n$7,500.00 Recruitment Incentive for Licensed Practical Nurse\r\n$5,000.00 Recruitment Incentive for Certified Nurse's Assistant\r\n\r\n\r\nReferral bonuses of $1,000 are available to referring DOS employees.\r\nYou must be a new employee to the State of Delaware to be eligible for this program.\r\n\r\n\r\nTheDepartment of State (DOS)seeks to increase the number of applicants for clinical nursing positions by offering a recruitment incentive to eligible Advanced Practice Nurse, Nurse Consultant, Nursing Supervisor, Compliance Nurse, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, and Certified Nursing Assistant candidates in accordance with the DOS Recruitment and Referral Incentive Program.\r\n\r\n\r\nThe program provides incentives as follows:\r\n\r\n Recruitment incentives will be paid in quarterly installments over the first year of hire and will begin after the first quarter of employment. This class describes the advanced level of registered nursing work. Positions at this level report to a technical supervisor. The incumbent may travel periodically to conduct site visits, as needed.\r\n

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS for Registered Nurse III\r\nApplicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:\r\n\r\n At least two years' experience as a Registered NurseORa Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing and at least one year experience as a Registered NurseORa Master's degree or higher in Nursing.\r\n Possession of a Delaware Registered Nurse license OR multi-state compact license.\r\n\r\n
