Responsibilities

Design and Deliver Transformative Learning Programs

  • Lead the design, structure, and execution of flagship global learning experiences that elevate capability and performance.
  • Translate strategic business needs into cohesive learning frameworks that combine digital, live, and AI-powered elements.
  • Create scalable, modern learning solutions that reflect the creativity and agility of our organization.

Architect a Dynamic Learning Ecosystem Learning Ecosystem

  • Actively support a continuous learning culture by building the conditions where learning can happen in the flow of work, socially
  • Define how learning is organized, delivered, and continuously improved across the Groupe.
  • Build frameworks and design standards that strengthen learning consistency and quality.
  • Partner with platform and content teams to align systems, tools, and experiences under a cohesive architecture.

Drive Innovation and Applied Experimentation

  • Explore new learning formats and emerging technologies - from AI-enhanced design to immersive collaboration experiences.
  • Prototype and pilot new approaches, measure their impact, and scale what works.
  • Stay connected to external learning trends, ensuring Publicis remains on the cutting edge of how people learn and grow.

Lead Global Delivery

  • Manage the full program lifecycle - from scoping and scheduling to stakeholder alignment and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal partners across HR, Technology, and Business to deliver seamless global rollouts.
  • Balance innovation with precision - ensuring every learning experience delivers on time, on budget, and on brand.

Collaborate Across the Groupe

  • Partner closely with senior leaders, L&D peers, and global learning leads to align priorities and share best practices.
  • Work effectively within a highly matrixed environment, building trust and momentum across multiple regions and disciplines.
  • Contribute to leadership presentations and materials that communicate program outcomes and impact.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in learning design, program management, or capability development roles with a global or enterprise scope.
  • Comfort working across time zones, cultures, and functions in a matrixed organization.
  • Proven success designing and delivering large-scale learning programs - ideally in complex, creative, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Deep understanding of modern learning methodologies (blended, cohort-based, experiential, social, or AI-enhanced learning).
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills - able to connect strategy with design and execution.
  • Experience applying AI or emerging technologies to elevate learning experiences or improve workflow efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills - comfortable presenting to senior audiences.
Additional Information

Compensation Range: $125,000.00-$160,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
