Holistic Happiness Counseling Solutions is on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. • Provide direct clinical services to individuals experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, using evidence-based treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings, including initiating follow-up assessments when necessary, to ensure clients are receiving appropriate care.
• Develop and implement tailored integrated care plans, coordinating services with other healthcare providers, family members, and support staff to enhance patient outcomes.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on achieving clients’ stated goals and addressing presenting problems.
• Participate actively in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and actionable plans to stabilize clients in distress.
• Maintain optimal caseload management, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with organizational and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings to discuss best practices, client progress, and facilitate a collaborative approach to care.

You will be working primarily with clients from diverse backgrounds who exhibit a range of emotional and psychological challenges, particularly those from underserved communities in Savannah. Your role as an LCSW is vital to empower individuals to navigate their personal challenges and achieve better mental health outcomes. Understanding the unique needs of your clients will be essential in shaping your therapeutic approach and interventions.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; candidates possessing a Master’s Degree in Social Work are encouraged to apply.
• A valid and active clinical licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a social work setting, preferably in mental health or community health environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to the values and ethical standards of holistic patient care and community health services.

• Experience working in a remote or hybrid model.
• Familiarity with integrated health care settings and knowledge of community resources.
• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices.

Holistic Happiness Counseling Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
