Aces Management is a dynamic management company providing high-quality services to a diverse portfolio of clients across social services, restaurants, and other industries. We specialize in the behavioral health sector and operate in compliance with DDS, Regional Center (RC), and Title 17 and 22 regulations.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance & Accounting to oversee financial operations and support the continued growth and efficiency of our multi-entity organization.


Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Leadership
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and manage annual budgets and long-term financial projections
  • Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support business decisions
  • Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and stakeholders
Financial Management & Operations
  • Oversee all accounting functions in compliance with GAAP and applicable standards
  • Manage daily operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and cash flow
  • Lead process improvements and financial system enhancements to support scalability
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with DDS, Regional Center, and Title 17 and 22 regulations
  • Oversee financial reporting accuracy across multiple entities and industries
  • Coordinate and manage annual audits and serve as liaison with external auditors
Organizational Support
  • Provide financial guidance to internal teams and department leads
  • Oversee relationships with financial vendors, consultants, and service providers
 QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (required)
Experience
  • 8–10 years of accounting and finance experience (required)
  • Experience in behavioral health, social services, or multi-entity environments (strongly preferred)
  • Director-level or senior leadership experience (preferred)
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial management practices
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Workspace
Communication
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Certifications (Preferred)
  • CPA (completed or in progress)
  • Notary Public Certification
