JOB DESCRIPTION : Reporting to the general manager, the incumbent plans, organizes, directs and controls the operations of the maintenance and housekeeping services in order to ensure the maintenance of the exterior and interior spaces of the residence. He takes part in the day-to-day operations and carries out work himself. He manages the maintenance and upkeep budget in close collaboration with the general manager. He hires, supervises, trains and evaluates the employees of his department. He must be available, with the management team in place, for emergencies outside of working hours. He is a key member of the management team!
