We are looking for aRegional Account SalesManager to join our TASKI team inLas Vegas, NV and Phoenix, AZ!

As a TASKI Regional Account Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships with existing customers while also driving new business growth. You will manage a group of accounts, ensuring customers receive exceptional service, while proactively identifying opportunities to expand product solutions, improve performance, and deliver greater value.

This role balances account management with a strong focus on growth-maintaining and optimizing current business while actively pursuing new opportunities within existing accounts and developing new customer relationships. Success in this role comes from the ability to protect and grow current revenue, while consistently identifying and converting new business opportunities that drive long-term profitability.

  • Provide consultative sales and solutions to customers, Diversey sector teams and distributors in their region.

  • Maintaina high levelof personal knowledge in respect to TASKI equipment, and product usage through continuous training methods as provided by the company.

  • Schedule and conduct demonstrations, both remotely and at customer sites.

  • Maintain a fleet of demonstration machinesthat would be used to providehands ondemonstrations as well as used at regional trade shows and events.

  • Assistin new equipment installationstocustomers,in order toproperlyfinalizethe sales cycle.

  • Implement successful launches of new TASKI Innovations.

  • Coordinate andsupportindustry trade shows and events.

  • Ensures adherence to budget, spending, and Diversey programs.

  • Works closely withDiverseyandSolenisteams(ieCorporateAccounts, Regional Marketing, Pricing, and Applications) to understand business requirements and market needs.

  • Establish,maintainand prioritizean accurateand current sales funnel in Salesforce.

What You'll Bring

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales

  • Possess a valid Driver's License witha good drivingrecord.

  • Comfortabilityoperating vehicles with a trailer in tow.

  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

  • Professional attitudeand beself-motivated/directed.

  • Documented time management, communication skills, decision making, interpersonal,computerand organizational skills.

  • Computer technology experience - Email, Excel, Word, Power Point, Salesforce, Various Apps/Portals
