Your mission

UiPath is seeking an exceptional Director of Customer Success to lead and scale our customer success operations across telecommunications, high-tech, media, and retail and consumer goods. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building teams, driving portfolio performance, and serving as a strategic partner across Sales, Product, and Go-To-Market organizations.

As a Director of Customer Success, you will own portfolio performance, proactively reduce systematic risk end-to-end, and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable outcomes for our most strategic government customers. You'll drive operational rigor and discipline across delivery while modeling leadership presence and culture that demonstrates extreme ownership and execution.

What you'll do at UiPath

Portfolio & Performance Leadership

  • Own and drive portfolio-level performance metrics including renewals, expansion, adoption, and customer health

  • Proactively identify and reduce systematic risk across the customer lifecycle

  • Operate with data-driven rigor using forecasting, probabilities, and path-to-plan analysis

  • Tie customer adoption directly to measurable revenue impact and business outcomes

Strategic Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic partner across Sales, Product, and Go-To-Market teams

  • Build and maintain established cross-functional influence across the organization

  • Collaborate on deal construction and commercial activity

  • Drive alignment between customer success strategies and broader GTM initiatives

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and scale high-performing Customer Success teams

  • Provide strong interpersonal coaching and mentorship to team members

What you'll bring to the team

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with formal people management and team leadership

  • Must be authorized to work in the US for this role

  • Proven track record in broad portfolio impact including renewals, saves, and adoption metrics

  • Experience with deal construction and commercial activity

  • Established cross-functional influence across Sales, Product, and GTM organizations

  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and mentorship skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with tenacious execution capabilities

  • Articulate and consistent communication style

  • Customer- and team-oriented approach with ability to champion culture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep exposure to telecommunications, high-tech, media, and retail & consumer goods business landscapes

Successful candidates will be able to articulate their top 3-5 immediate priorities, identify the biggest risks or gaps in the current state, and outline a clear 30/60/90-day execution plan to drive team alignment and portfolio priorities.
