Ignite exists to outpace the threat and deliver results that matter in the moments that count. Ignite is seeking a detail oriented Operations Manager to support the Space, Intel, and Missile Defense (SIM) Business Unit (BU) in contract execution and requirements.

The applicant will provide day-to-day support to the SIM BU VP and Directors. The BU is experiencing rapid growth across multiple projects and geographies. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in defining work flow and information gathering to ensure team cohesion and contract compliance.

The applicant will serve as primary focal for Contract Deliverables, Contract Requirements, Financial Execution, and Travel planning, coordination, and documentation across multiple contracts within the business unit. Applicant should understand basic program management and execution of contracts ranging Fixed Firm Price, Time and Materials, and Cost-type contracts.Job Requirements Key Responsibilities Proficiency in scheduling and travel logistics to include management of employees direct travel requests to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures, JTR/FTR and contract requirements Review and assist with contract invoices per contract schedules Develop, monitor, track, and report the accuracy of deliverables, payment schedules, period of performance, and costs. Budget, and manage employees direct travel requests to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures, JTR/FTR and contract requirements Development of Contract Deliverables supporting multiple programs across Space, Intel, and Missile Defense Customers

Required Qualifications Experience: 3 Years Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate Excel skills. Program management analyst knowledge and contract execution experience Must be able to obtain a DOD Interim Secret clearance prior to employment.

Continued employment is contingent that the employee obtains and maintains a full Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time.
