Job description

Senior Software Engineer

This is a Senior Software Engineer position, developing robust test automation solutions and functional testing of innovative software designed for clientโ€™s internal and external clients.

You will collaborate closely with other software developers, architects, and our Capital Markets product team members to transform vision and designs into sustainable business solutions. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, collaborate across teams and continue to learn in a fun, iterative, and constantly evolving environment.

The Expertise We Are Looking For
  • Solid experience testing brokerage industry financial applications. Fixed income product knowledge is a plus.
  • Hands on experience with crafting and maintaining java-based test suites that utilize Selenium, Cucumber and JUnit to test Web UI applications. Running automation in a CI/CD pipeline.
  • Experience with Git + GitHub, CI/CD orchestration tooling (Jenkins Core), Artifact Management (Artifactory, Git/Stash or similar)
  • Strong SQL experience - candidate must be able to write and execute complex queries.
  • Expertise in web services testing and proven experience with Rest API
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing and DevOps concepts including CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies, delivery projects, implementation, and Agile tools like JIRA
