MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting required.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems such as Aptech PVNG, OnQ PMS, or similar preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control procedures.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
