We’re seeking a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence and service delivery to manage fulfillment operations from node to home across your area. As a Field Services Director at Spectrum, you’ll drive standardized practices and champion quality improvements for both residential and commercial customers. Your leadership will directly shape the reliability and performance of our field services, making a lasting impact on our customers and communities.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team to drive results and growth
  • Lead innovative work teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage contract labor performance, define scope of work and provide continuous feedback
  • Direct your teams on fulfillment, service, fault rate reduction, plant security, dispatch and workforce management
  • Implement and track quality improvements across your region
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, federal regulations and franchise requirements
  • Oversee budgeting, approve expenditures and provide data for capital planning
  • Maintain strong relationships with utilities, vendors, contractors and government agencies
  • Translate priorities into actionable objectives and participate in policy development
  • Lead succession planning, staff development and performance reviews
  • Interface with dispatch and workforce management to enhance service delivery
  • Consult with senior management to plan for technical aspects and implement new technologies
  • Direct installation and system maintenance projects while ensuring FCC regulation compliance

The base pay for this position generally is between $100,600.00 and $178,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
