- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages for executive and board-level audiences.
- Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs consistently.
- Strong enterprise orientation with the ability to connect strategic priorities, performance outcomes, and key deliverables across multiple teams.
- Ability to organize and manage recurring reporting cycles, deliverables, and stakeholder inputs with a high degree of accuracy and follow-through.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information, identify insights, and communicate implications clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to monitor progress against strategic priorities, milestones, risks, and issues, and proactively escalate where appropriate.
- Executive presence and judgment, with the ability to communicate clearly, influence decision-making, and support alignment across senior stakeholders.
- Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain momentum across competing priorities.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively across business and functional teams to gather input, challenge constructively, and drive results.
