Opportunity
We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Director to lead the daily operations of one of our Chick-fil-A restaurants. This hands-on leadership opportunity is designed for someone who wants to lead a high-performing team while gaining experience operating a multi-million dollar business.
You will partner closely with the Owner/Operator and executive leadership team to drive results, develop leaders, and maintain operational excellence.
Your Impact
- Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume, multi-million dollar restaurant
- Build and develop leaders responsible for 50+ team members
- Create systems that drive operational excellence, food safety, and guest experience
- Hold leaders accountable to high-performance standards and strong culture
- Improve profitability through strong operational execution and efficiency
- Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
- Collaborate with leadership across both restaurant locations to maintain culture and operational alignment
Background Profile
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams
- Experience leading 30–50+ team members preferred
- High School Diploma required
- Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values and developing people
