Responsibilities:
• Strong experience in Microsoft Intune administration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshooting.
• Good experience in SCCM/MECM OS deployment and Task Sequence troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Experience with Azure AD Join and Hybrid Azure AD Join.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop/laptop hardware issues.
• Experience in device replacement and user data migration activities.
