Job description

Software engineers who have crossed into client facing delivery and have built production AI systems and they are the people clients call when they want to transform how their engineering organization works. They build agentic AI coding workflows, implement AI assisted SDLC tooling like Claude Code / Cursor /Codecs and run technical enablement programs that change how engineering teams shift traditional software development & test to an AI-led environment.
Candidate should have experience working with Software SDLC processes across development and test
Experience with consulting or enterprise SAS implementation background combined with hands on AI delivery capability
Engineers that have run workforce transformation programs, facilitated workshops with non-technical business and audiences and embedded inside enterprise clients to build and enable AI solutions that change how people work not just how systems run
Engineers that are comfortable leading a design Sprint with operational directors while reviewing an architecture diagram with a principal engineer.
Skills:
Good software development and / or test development experience in one or more languages – Java / Python / Go
Experience setting SDLC DevOps pipelines and associated tooling for software programs
Experience with test automation software
Experience with building AI Agents and Agentic AI pipelines
Tools:
Claude Code / Cursor / Codecs / Augment Code or any other GenAI tool used in SDLC
Agentic AI – LangChain, LangGraph, etc.,
LLM tooling and Agent Frameworks
