Full-Stack Developer

We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Full-Stack Developer for a software development position on our team. Looking for a candidate with strong experience in .net, C#, API design, and SQL development skills. The position requires a broad software technology background and solid understanding of industrial products.


Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Full-stack development experience with web-based automation and control
  • Internet-of-Things (IOT) experience is a must
  • Software engineering experience with both the Microsoft solution stack and modern Open Source frameworks and libraries
  • Software architecture, patterns, and complex integration technologies including Azure Cloud Services & containerization, as well as N-tier development
  • Software engineering experience with .net, C#
  • Building application APIs with REST services (JSON preferred)
  • JavaScript, in HTML5, CSS, JS
  • Building applications with data storage, data persistence, and caching concepts using SQL and NoSQL technologies (SQL Server, MongoDB)
  • Training & knowledge of software engineering best practices, software development, test-driven development (TDD/BDD), code reviews, design documentation, CI/CD, and experience to set up, configure and maintain a dynamic software product dev/build environment
  • Modern version control systems principles and tools (Git, Bitbucket)
  • Agile software development methods, scrum a plus
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices (Agile software development, test-driven development, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, continuous integration, continuous delivery) and experience to set up, configure and maintain a dev/build environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and assist Product Support teams in solving customer problems as needed
  • Perform code reviews, create unit and integration tests, etc
  • Understanding of writing good specifications, understanding requirements, and project management roles
  • Researching and exploring how to use new technologies and platforms
  • Be a self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to collaborate with others and help ensure successful team-based delivery
  • Experience & training in Azure, WebMethods, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes are big pluses
