About the Role
Join a forward-thinking technology team as a Full Stack Developer and Tech Lead. You'll lead both onshore and offshore resources, driving the design and development of mission-critical systems for a top-tier organization. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Java, modern front-end frameworks, API development, and cloud services, while mentoring others and influencing technical direction.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical delivery of complex, full stack solutions from planning to deployment
  • Analyze, design, and develop scalable applications based on user specifications
  • Guide and support team members in solving challenging software and system issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices and technical standards
  • Provide consultative support and technical guidance to both internal teams and stakeholders
  • Stay current on industry trends and implement relevant technologies
