Job description

The Sr CRM Systems Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for gathering requirements and building out new operational components as well as continued maintenance and support of existing components of our Customer Relationship Management systems (Salesforce.com and Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

This resource will be well versed in development coding languages such as JAVA/APEX, C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/AMPScript, SQL/SOQL, VisualForce, and be familiar with SOAP and REST APIs.

This resource will also leverage communication skills to communicate project progress and business outcomes to stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform technical analysis, design, configuration, & implementation support for system integrations.

  • Utilize correct design patterns for best practices.

  • Develop custom applications & execute performance testing.

  • Write, test, analyze & implement high quality code according to specifications.

  • Provide tier 3 support.

  • Define & monitor compliance with code check-in, backup/recovery & versioning processes.

  • Work with integration teams on integration architecture & strategies.

  • Troubleshoot integration errors & data load issues.

  • Experience designing and building ETL data pipelines, with hands-on familiarity in Databricks preferred.

  • Experience developing AWS-based microservices, with familiarity using Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning.

  • Understand business goals and challenges and map those back into Salesforce product portfolio.

  • Present Salesforce technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity with hardware, software, networking and security stack to stakeholders.

  • Participate in the right training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective.

  • Train other teams in the organization on new platform releases and successful project implementations.

  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives that you will define collaboratively with your manager.

  • Document the functional and technical requirements for executing (developing, deploying, managing, tracking and measuring) new applications.

  • Work collaboratively with enterprise system owners and developers.

  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing activities.

  • Partner with 3rd party contractors and vendors to deliver best in class software solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Computer Science / Information Technology / Web Design required

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Cloud platform development required

  • 5+ years of enterprise software development experience required

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified Developer (or SFMC Consultant)

  • Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer (nice to have)

  • 1+ year building ETL pipelines, Databricks preferred.

  • 1+ year building AWS microservices, familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation.

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript/AMPScript , SOAP/REST APIs, SQL/SOQL, VisualForce, JAVA/APEX, C++,

  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and platforms

  • Skilled in both thinking creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Understanding of data warehouses and Big Data technologies

  • Understanding of API integration with CRM platforms and web properties

  • Detail oriented and focused on data accuracy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to facilitate efficient and effective decision making

  • Positive attitude

  • Ability to pass a technical screening is required

The starting salary is $120K, commensurate with experience.
