What you'll do Work on a challenging assignment / project in Business operations to stretch your learning and skillsets. Analyze data to identify trends, propose improvements, and help solve operational challenges. Create intuitive tools/reports for helping the business functions to better manage their daily operations. Support Aero New Units Execution teams in data driven planning, process improvements and project tracking. What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications) Enrolled in a full time nationally accredited baccalaureate program in a technical field. Desired Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and usage of AI tools ( Co-Pilot, Claude etc). Minimum 3.0/4.0 overall GPA (without rounding). Familiarity in data analysis related tools (Power BI, Tableau etc) and programming languages like VBA, Python etc. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Genuine interest in improving operational efficiency and contributing to innovative solutions using skills in AI, data analytics etc. Previous internship or project experience in operations or Engineering.
