## Dir-eBusiness TechnologyApplyremote type: On-Sitelocations: Birmingham, AL, USAtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R26\_0000026616**SUMMARY:** The Director of eBusiness Technology oversees Motion’s team of integration specialists dedicated to using Motion’s eprocurement, EDI, and XML technologies to efficiently and frictionlessly integrate with our customers and suppliers. This role possesses current expertise of eprocurement, punchout, and XML/EDI technologies.You must be eligible to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship. **JOB DUTIES:** • Directly responsible for working with business leaders in planning and providing solutions that meet Motion’s ebusiness strategy. • Develops and manages teams of integration and operational eBusiness specialists. • Prioritizes customer and supplier integration in keeping with business priorities. • Collaborates with Corporate Accounts and Motion Digital Business Development managers to prioritize and execute new customer integrations. • Develops tactical plans to implement policies, structures, and resources to effectively meet the prioritized needs at high speed and performance. • Manages relationships with 3rd party marketplaces including Ariba, Perfect Commerce, Hubwoo, and others. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Leads strategic and visible ebusiness technology initiatives while maintaining a forward looking focus on next generation integration solutions.**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:** Typically requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology and at least ten (10) years of experience leading and developing teams and integration technologies such as OCI, XML, Punchout, and EDI.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:** • Excellent leadership ability. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Traditional EDI document knowledge required. • Experience with IBM B2B Integrator a plus. • Ability to influence and develop strong working relationships. • Ability to negotiate compromises and resolve conflict. • Experience with Agile development practices. • Experience working with 3rd party marketplaces such as Ariba, Coupa, Perfect Commerce, and Hubwoo. • Proven track record of leading customer and supplier technology integrations. • Requires broad technical knowledge and experience across a variety of IT areas, including infrastructure, development, operations, and quality assurance.**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:** 0-5 Direct Reports 5-10 Direct Reports**COMPANY INFORMATION:** Motion offers an excellent benefits package which includes options for healthcare coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, vacation, sick, and holiday pay. #J-18808-Ljbffr
