Job Summary:
IEHP is dedicated to healing and inspiring the human spirit, and they are seeking a Developer II - Microsoft Dynamics. The role involves supporting, maintaining, and administering Microsoft Dynamics products, providing technical support, managing integrations, and collaborating with development teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• supporting, maintaining, and administering Microsoft Dynamics product
• provides technical support for issues related to MS Dynamics and integrations
• escalating issues as needed
• monitoring platform health and managing integrations between MS Dynamics and other systems
• collaborates with development teams and internal stakeholders
• creates documentation and manages security and compliance
Qualifications:
Required:
• Five (5) years of experience developing and maintaining computer applications with a minimum of two (2) years of MS Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM and API experience
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines (DevOps) and MS Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM products
• Experience working with integration between Dynamics 365 and external system using API based integration
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the CRM system
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution
• Strong knowledge and understanding of MS Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM and API experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding of CRM workflows, customization, and configuration
• Strong knowledge and understanding of applicable data privacy practices and laws
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service skills are essential
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated and directed. Keen attention to detail
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• This position requires a dedicated and technically skilled individual who takes ownership and accountability - works with little or no supervision
Preferred:
• Experience with Dataverse and CRM security model
• Proven experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Relevant certifications, such as MS Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM
• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies preferred
