Manages cradle-to-grave contract administration with the support of a Contracts Manager.
The successful candidate should have experience participating in a management or leadership team of professionals with responsibilities that span functional areas that may range from Finance to Business Development to Delivery and beyond. (S)he must be able to collaborate on what it would take to get to a desired solution or outcome by leaning into professional experience and business acumen to help the team understand risks, opportunities and potential gaps for further evaluation.

  • Upon request of Account Leadership, discuss acquisition solutions and/or resolve and explain issues with clients.
  • Provide strategic insight and contractual guidance on commercial and public sector contracting issues, including RFQs, RFPs, and other forms of solicitations for services.
  • Engage directly in collaborative work as responses are prepared for the government, demonstrating expertise throughout the process and advising on options, challenges, risks, and potential solutions.
  • Review pricing for contract compliance.

  • Provide contract administration for GSA MAS, GWAC, and IDIQ contracts, including contract modifications, Economic Price Adjustments, IFF payments, Transactional Data Reporting (TDR), GSA Contractor Assistance Visits, GSA Audits, and compliance monitoring.
  • Prepare and communicate internal/external reporting requirements and support the Easy Dynamics EasyContracts repository.
  • Provide Easy Dynamics teams with information from US Federal Government electronic databases (e.g., e-Buy, GSA ASSIST, SAM, CPARS, FedConnect, DoD PIEE, etc.).
  • Assist with ancillary information requests related to contractual and business matters.
  • Provide career counseling and direction to direct reports.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of applicable work experience in contract management, proposal development, and subcontract management.
  • Familiarity with GSA Schedules, IDIQs, and Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs).
  • Working knowledge of and experience with the FAR/DFARS; conversant in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) and its impact on proposals and contracts.
