Job Overview: Territory Sales Director - Avenel, NJ and Lehigh Valley, PA The Territory Sales Director manages sales, operations and P&L of the branches to meet financial and company objectives for profitability and growth. Manage sales force in expanding market penetration and ensure timely product delivery and proper merchandising of Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within territory. Details This position will be based out of Avenel, NJ facility and covers customer stores in Avenel, NJ and Lehigh Valley, PA territories and greater surrounding areas Will directly manage a team of 9 direct reports: indirectly accountable for staff of up to 167 This position will be working 5 consecutive days Personal vehicle and auto insurance required; mileage reimbursement program for using your own vehicle to travel around the territory, as needed Position Responsibilities Teach, train, and coach branches leadership in the areas of sales, marketing, profit growth and market share.

Foster professional business relationships with all levels of management. Develop and grow working/business relationships with all major chain customers. Provide strong customer management.

Develop and communicate the business plans, establish goals and objectives, monitor results and recourse as necessary to ensure the desired results. Deliver the business plans by providing leadership, focus, and motivation. Lead by example with integrity and maintain the company's principles and values.

Meet monthly sales targets and income goals. Maintain expenses within fore-casted levels. Set, implement and monitor trade execution standards for Direct Store Delivery.

Standards include account frequency, display diagrams, equipment sets, and account service levels, including merchandising standards. Participate in regular business reviews and trade field surveys. Ensure administrative responsibilities are executed in a timely and effective manner to maximize productivity of branches operations.

Develop and monitor staffing levels for the branches operations. Maintain company safety standards throughout the branches.
