Your Work Matters: How will you make a difference?
The Director of Clinical Services provides the leadership and strategic planning of the clinical services programs offered at the facility, ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the facility's performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and management systems for all clinical services offered at the facility, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementation of clinical treatment programs.
Your Experience Matters What we're looking for:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school master's prepared social work, or related mental health field; preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) year experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) year experience in advanced clinical/management practice preferred.
  • License: Appropriate State of Georgia licensure in mental health, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
  • Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other

Compensation:
