Director, Digital Retail/Director, Digital Retail

The Director, Digital Retail is responsible for leading the evolution of Louis Vuitton China’s retail digital capabilities, partnering closely with Retail, Client Development, and NEO teams to continuously enhance store operations, CA productivity and client experience.

This role is not responsible for technology delivery. Instead, the role owns the business capability roadmap, solution prioritization, product direction and adoption across Retail Digital capabilities while working closely with NEO, who remains accountable for architecture, engineering, delivery and operations. The role will also serve as the Digital Lead for the Retail Solutions Forum, co-leading the capability roadmap together with the NEO lead.

Key Responsibilities Retail Digital Capability Strategy
  • Define and continuously evolve the Retail Digital capability roadmap.
  • Translate business priorities into scalable digital capabilities.
  • Build long-term retail digital capabilities rather than individual project solutions.
Retail Solutions Portfolio Management
  • Own the Retail Solutions portfolio and roadmap.
  • Drive prioritization, business case development and investment recommendations.
  • Balance short-term business needs with long-term capability development.
