WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This is a senior-level digital strategy role at Touche that combines client management, team leadership, and strategic marketing optimization. The ideal candidate is a digital media expert who can bridge strategy and execution while managing a team of 2+ people.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Client-Facing:
Develop and communicate holistic digital strategies aligned with client business objectives
Serve as a strategic consultant for Search, Social, and Programmatic channels
Manage client budgets and provide media optimization guidance
Conduct analytics, performance tracking, and deliver actionable insights
Team & People Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
Manage training and best practices across the team
Conduct performance reviews and establish professional goals
Foster team motivation and collaboration
Business & Analytics:
Translate optimization metrics into business impact
Track KPIs and competitive/industry trends
Ensure data accuracy and reporting quality across all accounts
Develop thought leadership and POVs for the agency
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams, vendors, and agency partners
Participate in corporate initiatives and industry events
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE :
- A collaborative, results-driven digital media professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on optimization work.
- Management Experience:
5+ years in a management role; must be comfortable managing a team of 2 or more employees.
Must love managing and leading a team of passionate and dedicated media professionals across digital areas.
Comfortable with senior leaders to understand and facilitate client, agency and business requests.
Understanding of client/agency finance process; client billing and employee hours.
Must follow agency process to support/push continued adherence to facilitate workflow and manage expectations.
- Media Experience:
7+ years digital media, including buying, trafficking, analysing and optimizing.
Strong knowledge of Display, Programmatic, Social Media, SEM, and other shopping models in the digital age.
Must be proficient in media terminology, media math, and reach and frequency calculations.
Additional skill sets would include Attribution Modelling, working experience or knowledge of Data Management Platforms, etc. CAD 80,000.00 - CAD 90,000.00
