Work Environment

This position operates remotely, allowing for flexibility in your working environment while engaging with clients through virtual platforms. As part of our community health clinic, you will receive ongoing support from a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff, all working collaboratively to place client well-being at the forefront of our care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional status, utilizing recognized evaluation tools.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address individual client needs and objectives, adjusting plans based on real-time feedback and progress assessments.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based methodologies tailored to client profiles.
• Monitor client progress meticulously, adapting treatment strategies as required to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources to clients experiencing acute psychological distress.
• Maintain accurate and secure client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in documentation.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to discuss client care, treatment strategies, and resource sharing, enriching the overall therapeutic experience.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including attending workshops and supervision sessions, to stay informed about the latest trends in mental health treatment.
• Adhere strictly to established ethical guidelines, ensuring that all interactions with clients uphold the integrity of the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.

• Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and remote counseling best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Diamond Grove Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
