Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional status, utilizing recognized evaluation tools.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address individual client needs and objectives, adjusting plans based on real-time feedback and progress assessments.
  • Facilitate therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based methodologies tailored to client profiles.
  • Monitor client progress meticulously, adapting treatment strategies as required to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources to clients experiencing acute psychological distress.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
