About the role
We're looking for a senior technical leader to own our global DevOps and Customer Support functions. You'll set strategy, build and lead a distributed team, and ensure the infrastructure and services that power our products and professional services run reliably across every time zone we operate in. This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll contribute architectural thinking and deep technical expertise while mentoring the team and shaping how we deliver.
What you'll own
  • DevOps strategy & infrastructure - Lead cloud infrastructure across dev, staging, and production. Own the DevOps roadmap and align it with product and engineering needs.
  • Customer & product support - Manage global support operations, set quality metrics, and ensure contractual support obligations are met across all products.
  • Team leadership - Supervise DevOps engineers and Customer Success admins. Coach, grow, and retain a high-performing global team.
  • Budget & resource management - Own infrastructure and support budgets. Optimize cloud costs and allocate resources effectively across functions.
What you'll bring
  • 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, with strong Linux, Windows, and network management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent); M.S. preferred
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container-based deployment
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, particularly in scientific or technical contexts
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Terraform
