Eligibility Requirements

Expected Responsibilities
  • Work under a semi-rotational schedule to gain exposure to various phases of oil well drilling operations.
  • Participate in rig safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Engage in rig operations, including tasks typically performed by a Floorhand.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Drilling Group to optimize drilling processes.
  • Assist the Maintenance Group with equipment upkeep and repairs.
  • Support the Drilling Solutions Engineering team in implementing technical solutions.

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety practices.
  • Strong dexterity for handling equipment and tools.
  • Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to build and repair equipment.
