Bilingual Leasing Consultant
Gia Capital is looking for high-energy Leasing Consultants—dynamic individuals who thrive on high-volume sales, direct resident interaction, and total property pride.
If you are a self-starter who understands the Houston working-class market and wants to earn significantly higher commissions than industry standards, this is your role.
Your success is measured by high occupancy, perfect collections, tenant satisfaction, and maintaining an impeccable property appearance that makes every prospect want to call it home.
Key Responsibilities
· Dominant Curb Appeal: Take personal pride in the property’s "first impression." You will conduct daily "white glove" inspections of the grounds, building exteriors, and common areas. You are responsible for ensuring the property looks attractive, clean, and welcoming at all times to drive walk-in traffic.
· Bilingual Sales & Outreach: Use your fluency in English and Spanish to convert leads from digital platforms, foot marketing, and community events into signed leases.
· Total Revenue Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of the resident—from the first tour and lease signing to rent collection, delinquency management, and renewals.
· Hand-on Management: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure units are "market-ready" instantly and that all curb-appeal standards are met daily.
· Community Trust: Build strong relationships with our working-class resident base through responsive service and a firm, professional presence.
Who You Are
· Property Proud: You can’t walk past a piece of trash without picking it up. You understand that "Curb Appeal = Leasing Success."
· Bilingual Expert: Fully fluent in Spanish and English (Required).
· The "Hustler" Mentality: You are high-energy, resilient, and thrive in an environment where your income is directly tied to your performance.
· Lone Wolf: You don’t need a supervisor to tell you what needs to be fixed. You see it, you own it, and you get it done.
Requirements
· 3+ years of high-volume leasing or retail sales experience (Class B/C experience preferred).
· Proven ability to manage collections and renewals.
· Deep understanding of the Houston Hispanic market and local community dynamics.
· Proficiency in AppFolio and social media marketing.
